Operations Manager

You are an experienced and performance-driven Cluster Manager/Operation responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores in the textile and apparel division. Your role includes managing daily operations, driving sales performance, ensuring adherence to SOP's and brand guidelines, leading store managers and teams, monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores in the assigned cluster. - Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. - Ensure adherence to SOP's, brand guidelines, and visual merchandising standards. - Lead, train, and motivate store managers and their teams. - Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and loss prevention measures. - Ensure exceptional customer experience across all locations. - Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance. - Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Retail Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in retail operations. - Strong understanding of textiles, garments, or fashion industry preferred. - Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned cluster.
