Qualifications and Experience: • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). • 5-7 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role. • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and governance practices. • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using any compliance and secretarial software.
