Role & responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project operations and execution across multiple work sites. Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) , daily reports, and client correspondence. Liaise with Project Directors, PIU Engineers, Consultants, and PMC teams for approvals and inspections. Assist in planning project timelines, manpower deployment, and resource scheduling. Ensure all works meet IRC/MoRTH quality and safety standards. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of RA Bills , approvals, and payments. Coordinate between factory, design, and site teams for dispatches and installation sequencing. Monitor daily progress through MIS, dashboards, and photographic documentation. Support drawing reviews, BOQ validation, and quantity estimation . Maintain organized documentation for client reporting and billing verification. Travel to project sites (NHAI / SDMA / PWD) for inspections and operational review. Required Skills & Attributes/Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication & documentation skills (email, MoM, client coordination). Strong understanding of RA Bill processes and project invoicing in government projects. Knowledge of highway signages, fabrication works, and digital screen installations. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multi-site operations. Tech-savvy with good command of MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive. Hands-on, proactive, and capable of leading small project teams independently. Willingness to travel pan-India for short durations.
