Job Summary

A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees an organization's human capital, acting as a bridge between management and employees. Their responsibilities span strategic and operational functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a productive work environment. Key areas include talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new employees. This includes crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. They also play a role in succession planning, identifying and developing high-potential employees for leadership roles.

Creating and maintaining positive relationships between employees and management is a crucial aspect. HR Managers handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, and conduct employee satisfaction surveys to ensure a healthy work environment.

Key role in employee development. This involves identifying training needs, developing training programs, and providing guidance to employees seeking to enhance their skills.

  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other benefits. This includes ensuring compliance with legal requirements and market standards.

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies that align with legal standards and company culture. They also ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.

  • Establish and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic planning by aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Manage HR information systems, maintain employee data, and generate HR metrics and reports.
  • Support organizational changes, such as mergers or restructurings, by guiding communication, training, and staff support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
