Job Summary:

HEXAARCH is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee the human resources function across the entire organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and placement processes, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, training, and overall workforce management. This role is critical to maintaining a productive and compliant work environment while supporting the company’s growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Recruitment & Placement:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.Coordinate with colleges and external agencies for campus placements and lateral hiring.
  • Employee Relations:Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance & Policies:Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies as needed.
  • HR Operations:Maintain employee records, manage HR software systems, and oversee payroll support and administrative tasks.
  • Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Performance Management:Implement performance appraisal systems and support department heads in employee evaluation and development planning.
  • Employee Engagement:Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling company-wide HR operations.
  • Prior involvement in campus recruitment and placement coordination.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,604.50 - ₹48,249.77 per month
