Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and elevate the performance of our real estate sales professionals. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that improve selling skills, market understanding, client relationship management, and overall sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs (onboarding, refresher, and advanced levels) tailored to the real estate industry. Conduct workshops, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer handling. Analyze training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams. Monitor and report on training effectiveness, providing actionable insights for performance improvement. Stay updated with real estate market trends, legal regulations, and competitor strategies to keep training content relevant. Collaborate with sales managers and HR to align training with business goals and performance metrics. Create training materials including presentations, manuals, guides, and digital content. Support the implementation of sales tools and CRM platforms by providing training and guidance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in sales training; experience in real estate is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, buyer psychology, and real estate processes. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and coach individuals with different learning styles. Proficient in MS Office and training software/tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus. Fluent in English and local language(s); Hindi proficiency preferred.
