JBR Bakery is dedicated to providing freshly baked, high-quality products tailored for corporate and institutional clients. Based in Gurugram, Haryana, the bakery specializes in B2B supply with a strong focus on hygiene, consistency, and timely delivery. Our product range includes cookies, dry cakes, tea-time snacks, breads, buns, rusks, and customized hampers. JBR Bakery adheres to strict quality control and FSSAI-certified processes to ensure the highest standards. We serve various sectors including corporate offices, co-working spaces, institutional caterers, and more with an understanding of the demands for reliability and product appeal.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Lead, monitor, and improve day-to-day operational processes across bakery production, packaging, and delivery.
  • Implement and track SOPs across departments (production, dispatch, quality, inventory).
  • Oversee order fulfilment timelines for corporate clients, franchises, and tuck shops.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Coordinate procurement of raw materials and consumables; maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective deals.
  • Ensure timely delivery and transport scheduling to client locations.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Implement quality standards and ensure FSSAI compliance.
  • Monitor hygiene, packaging, and shelf-life adherence in the production unit.
  • Handle client feedback and quality grievance resolutions.

4. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Supervise production, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance and maintain attendance systems.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

5. Technology & Systems

  • Work with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Odoo) to track orders, inventory, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with the tech team for automation and process improvements.

6. Business Growth Support

  • Support franchise operations, tuck shop rollouts, and corporate onboarding.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate operational reports for management.



Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management and supply chain management
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and inventory management software
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Previous experience in the food industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
