New Product Development Manager

As a New Product Development Manager at JBR Bakery, located in Gurugram, Haryana, you will be responsible for managing the development of new bakery products from concept to market. This hybrid role will require you to conduct research and development (R&D), collaborate with the food technology team, and oversee project management tasks. You will also be enhancing existing products to meet quality standards and align them with market demand. While some work from home is acceptable, a significant on-site presence is necessary to coordinate with the production team.
