Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete

• Collaborate with

• Lead

  fabric sourcing

  , vendor development, sample follow-ups, and communication with suppliers to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Oversee

  sampling, approvals, and product costing

  , ensuring quality standards and commercial feasibility.
• Monitor project status, ensure timely launches, and support go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize

  PLM systems

  , product trackers, and production management tools to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional communication.
• Identify new opportunities for product innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  materials, fabrics, trims, and garment production processes

• Excellent knowledge of

  trend analysis, forecasting, and consumer insights

• Proficient in

  PLM tools

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related field.
