Job Summary Support HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations Key Responsibilities Recruitment : Posting job openings and managing applications (Trainee to Head level) Time Office Management / Payroll process Training & Development / Welfare activities Maintaining employee records and data entry Supporting administrative tasks (meeting arrangements, document management) Assisting HR policies and employee welfare programs Compliance & Reporting Preparing statutory reports (e.g. PF, ESI) as required for Indian labour laws Ensuring that HR and admin processes comply with legal and organizational standards Supporting audits and inspections related to HR and Administration Qualifications Educational degree and years of experience (Bachelors degree, at least 5years relevant experience) Skills required (MS Office proficiency, communication skills) Language proficiency (English mandatory, Korean language -added advantage) Preferred Qualifications MBA(HR) / BBA/ B.COM/BBA/ or relevant Course, with Similar experience, software knowledge Employment Details Our new big plant situated at Kattrambakkam Village (5km away from Hyundai) with all infrastructure. Role & responsibilities Recruitment • Sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling and interviewing candidates, reference checks, making salary fitment, Interview assessment sheet, issuing offer letter and joining formalities. • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. • Employee induction and feedback. Training and Development • Getting and analyzing training needs from all departments through skill matrix / competency mapping. • Preparing annual training calendar and execution of the training. • Arranging external training based on the department's needs. • Evaluate Training • Documentation as per requirement of ISO. Industrial Relations: • Contractual Management • Statutory and legal Compliance • Factory License • Pollution control board • Other factory related doc Performance and Talent Management: • End to end management of performance appraisal. • Talent Management - Talent identification and review process HR Operations • Document HR policies, procedures, and implementing. • Prepared documentation related to different Audits. • Maintain employee personnel file / records • Monitor HR budget • Overtime Control • Build a back up database for key positions and update every quarter. • Exit formalities Preferred candidate profile Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented High level of integrity and confidentiality Proficient in HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of hands-on HR experience in manufacturing
