The ideal candidate should be proficient in Zoho Books and capable of handling end-to-end accounting tasks , including data entry, reconciliation, and transaction matching . Responsibilities: Record all day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books. Match and reconcile bank transactions with corresponding invoices, bills, and receipts . Verify payment entries and ensure accuracy in all records. Reconcile customer/vendor ledgers , and ensure data consistency. Approve and finalize invoices after verification.
