As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Your role involves assisting customers with service needs , providing recommendations, and ensuring a smooth service experience . Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, and gather details about their vehicle’s condition. Service Recommendations: Explain necessary repairs, offer cost estimates, and suggest maintenance services. Appointment Scheduling: Manage service bookings and coordinate with technicians for timely completion. Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper authorization for repairs. Customer Education: Advise customers on regular maintenance schedules and best practices for vehicle care. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services or accessories. Quality Assurance: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on two-wheeler technologies, service procedures, and industry trends.
