Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administrative support and office coordination
  • Maintain basic accounts and books (training will be provided if needed)
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field technicians
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
  • Manage documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist management in daily operational tasks

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Telugu is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Organized and responsible attitude
  • Ability to coordinate with field teams effectively
