Job Description

Admin assistant responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, handling phone and email correspondence, and organizing files and office supplies. They also prepare documents and reports, take meeting minutes, and assist with travel arrangements and event planning. Communication and scheduling

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing emails and responding to inquiries
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • reparing, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital filing systems
  • Performing data entry and managing databases
  • Processing correspondence, such as memos and invoices

Office and supply management

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Managing inventory and reconciling expense reports
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes

Travel and event coordination

  • Making travel arrangements and booking accommodations
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination

General support

  • Providing general administrative support to staff
  • Completing special projects as assigned
