Our offerings include cookies, dry cakes, tea-time snacks, breads, buns, rusks, and customized hampers — all manufactured under strict quality control and FSSAI-certified processes. JBR Bakery is designed to function as a dependable backend partner, supporting high-volume clients with consistency and care.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role will include market research, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and representing JBR Bakery at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
