Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the projects and company. Responsibilities include managing projects , proposals teams and operations teams, coordinating project timelines, optimizing resource allocation, maintaining quality control, preparing operational reports, and ensuring safety and sustainability protocols are met. The role also involves regular communication and collaboration with project stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Oversee daily operations of the company and projects 
• Act as the MD’s operational extension on the ground ensuring his directives are executed efficiently.
• Filter and manage routine issues so only critical matters escalate to the MD.
• Prepare concise operational reports, updates, and data summaries for decision-making.
• Support the MD with project follow-ups, vendor coordination, and special assignments.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects to enhance plant reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
• Assist in documentation, SOP revisions, and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, project management, and resource planning
• Knowledge of biogas systems, waste-to-energy processes, and renewable energy technologies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety practices, and sustainability standards
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Relevant experience in the biogas, renewable energy, or environmental engineering sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field
