Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) category, ensuring

smooth workflows across quality checks, storage, value addition, and dispatch.

• Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout FnV handling – from receipt to

delivery – to maintain freshness and safety standards.

• Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and

order accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain a seamless supply

chain.

• Lead, train, and mentor the FnV and warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational

standards.

• Track and analyze operational data, preparing reports to support decision-making and

efficiency improvements.

• Optimize resources, minimize wastage, and implement cost-saving measures without

compromising on product quality.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain, and regulatory standards.
