Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager GT (South), you&aposll lead retail & distributor sales for fresh produce in South Region (Bangalore/ Chennai/ Kochi). Youll be responsible for driving growth across the General Trade channel and ensuring strong ground-level execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for GT channel
• Onboard and manage retailers, wholesalers & distributors
• Monitor daily sales operations, beat plans & order flows
• Coordinate with logistics & supply teams for smooth fulfillment
• Track competitor activity & recommend action plans
• Drive field team performance and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) industry.
• Proven track record in GT and MT sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
