We’re looking for a dynamic General Trade Manager to lead our GT channel. If you have a strong understanding of distributor networks, retail strategy, and a passion for field sales, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:  

✅ Drive general trade sales strategy & achieve targets  

✅ Expand and manage distributor & retail networks  

✅ Lead and mentor TSMs & field sales team  

✅ Monitor market coverage, secondary sales & visibility  

✅ Conduct market visits, competitor mapping & execution tracking  

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution  

What We’re Looking For:  

✔️ 4–7 years’ experience in GT Sales  

✔️ Proven track record in team handling & retail expansion  

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation & execution skills  

✔️ Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
