Achieve monthly & annual sales targets. ✔ Store & Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, procurement, and supply chain coordination. Ensure proper inventory tracking to avoid shortages/overstocking. Maintain store presentation & product displays. ✔ Team Leadership: Manage & motivate sales staff for maximum productivity. Conduct training on product knowledge and sales techniques. ✔ Customer Service & Retention: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
