With branches in Thachottukavu and Thiruvallam, we serve a wide network of customers across Kerala through both retail and wholesale operations. Job Summary We are hiring a proactive and experienced Recruitment Executive to handle all hiring needs for our growing business. The ideal candidate will focus on non-IT roles such as showroom staff, warehouse workers, delivery personnel, operations staff, and field sales executives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks. Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes. Maintain and update a recruitment database and candidate pipeline. Handle onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining processes. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for analysis. Ensure all hires meet company standards for skill, attitude, and culture. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (retail, construction, or manufacturing sectors preferred). Strong knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles at once. Fluent in Malayalam and English. Preferred Skills Prior recruitment experience in steel, hardware, or building material industries. Familiarity with hiring showroom staff, delivery personnel, and field sales executives.
