Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at our stainless steel retail and wholesale store . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise in both B2B (dealers, contractors, fabricators) and B2C (retail customers) , and the ability to manage inventory, sales, and customer relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Sales & Business Growth: Drive B2B & B2C sales of stainless steel products (pipes, sheets, fittings, etc.). Build relationships with contractors, fabricators, architects, and retail customers . Achieve monthly & annual sales targets. ✔ Store & Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, procurement, and supply chain coordination. Ensure proper inventory tracking to avoid shortages/overstocking. Maintain store presentation & product displays. ✔ Team Leadership: Manage & motivate sales staff for maximum productivity. Conduct training on product knowledge and sales techniques. ✔ Customer Service & Retention: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Follow up with corporate clients for repeat orders. ✔ Financial & Reporting Duties: Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability. Prepare sales reports and present to senior management. Requirements: 3+ years as Branch Manager (Retail/Wholesale in Steel, Hardware, or Construction). Strong B2B & B2C sales experience (negotiation & deal-closing skills). Knowledge of stainless steel products (304/316 grades, pipes, sheets, fittings). Proficiency in inventory software & MS Office (Excel for reports) . Leadership qualities with problem-solving ability.
