Karuna Steels is a leading stainless steel retail and wholesale company with a strong presence in Kerala. With branches at Thachottukavu and Thiruvallam, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality stainless steel products and personalized service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Head to lead and expand our customer base across both branches. Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our sales and marketing initiatives. This leadership role will be responsible for increasing revenue, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the Karuna Steels brand across the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for both branches. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients in retail and wholesale segments. Oversee marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to increase brand visibility. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for efficient product delivery. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel or construction materials sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the local market and customer base is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
