Work we do:
As a DFlow Analyst, you will research and develop and support solutions built on varied technologies like Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, MS teams etc. You will support a team that provides high‐quality solutions to the customers by following a streamlined system development methodology.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Operations Support - Manage and streamline daily tasks and routines within the team channel, including preparing input files for internal processes. Ensure efficient processes that contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the function.
Work in an Agile or Waterfall environment to support solutions in SharePoint, Nintex and MS Teams.
2. Client Support and Issue Resolution: Monitor the support tracker, promptly addressing and resolving client issues and tickets. Demonstrate a client-centric approach and strong problem-solving skills to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
3. Content Management and Web Development: Update and enhance the customer facing portal by creating and maintaining web content using HTML and SharePoint. Adhere to established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content, ensuring a seamless user experience.
4. Project Execution and Business Analysis: Assume the role of a business analyst in project planning, requirement gathering, and execution. Leverage analytical skills to align projects with business goals and deliver effective solutions.
5. Collaboration and Improvement: Build strong functional knowledge and foster connections within the organization. Compile suggestions from various sources and implement innovative solutions to enhance platform content and features. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills to create process documents and training materials.

Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (IST); 11 AM – 8 PM (IST); 2 PM – 11 PM (IST)
The team
DFlowTeams is a project management and collaboration tool that practitioners across Deloitte use for their project work. DFlowTeams also address a variety of business needs, including marketing and communication, knowledge management, learning and development, and overall process automation. The team uses Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (on-prem and cloud) primarily as a platform. We use various web development and automation tools/technologies (i.e., HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, REST/SOAP API (Application Programming Interfaces), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), Nintex, Azure, Power apps/flows, and many more) within a structured delivery process to develop products that deliver significant value to our internal customers across Deloitte’s global network.
Qualifications required
- Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout without any running backlogs)
- Content Management Knowledge: Functional understanding of content management and knowledge management to highlighting the ability to effectively handle content-related tasks.
- Web Development Proficiency: Good understanding of HTML, CSS, SharePoint, and other pertinent web development tools, showcasing your technical prowess in web-based platforms.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the concepts of project management and delivery.
- Task Prioritization and Multitasking: Exceptional multitasking skills, adeptly managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey complex information with clarity and precision.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong understanding and efficient usage of MS Office tools for effective documentation and communication, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- Collaboration and teaming – Should be able to thrive and collaborate in a virtual and hybrid working environment. Candidates must be self‐motivated and a strong team player.
