We are seeking a seasoned
Operations Professional
to drive excellence across our daily operations, champion stakeholder engagement, and inspire cross-functional collaboration. This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to lead with integrity, build trust, and make a meaningful difference in a dynamic environment.
Key Deliverables
Reporting to the Divisional General Manager, role holder will be responsible for delivering below outcomes for Global Delivery Services in India:
- Lead and oversee daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize processes and enhance performance.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared success.
- Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, integrated operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory with accountability and foresight.
- Empower and guide your team with compassionate leadership and clear direction.
- Uphold compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Document and refine operational processes to promote knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Resolve challenges with agility and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate inclusive stakeholder meetings, valuing diverse perspectives and feedback.
Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 14+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Deep understanding of operational systems and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
- Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
