Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise

  warehouse operations

  including storage layout, space utilization, and daily activities.
• Manage

  pickup and delivery schedules

  to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Oversee

  furniture inspection, repair, and quality control

  in coordination with the

  carpenter

  .
• Coordinate with the

  Sales Lead

  for delivery commitments and

  procurement

  requirements.
• Maintain

  inventory records, warehouse safety protocols, and compliance standards

  .
• Lead and supervise a team of

  ground workers

  and the

  carpenter

  , ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Monitor and control

  logistics costs

  , vendor performance, and warehouse expenses.
• Report

  operational metrics and performance updates

  to the founders on a regular basis.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong

  organizational and planning skills

• Proven experience in

  team management and leadership

• Knowledge of

  logistics, supply chain operations, and vendor management

  .
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.

  MS Excel or inventory management tools

• Physical stamina to oversee

  warehouse operations
