Role Overview

As an Operations Intern, you will support daily functions that keep our pharmacy and franchise network running smoothly. You’ll gain real-world experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, digital initiatives, and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare supply chain. You will also assist in the setup and operational launch of new franchise stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations: including order processing, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and stock movement.
• Support the process of

  new store openings

  —from initial setup and documentation to operational readiness.
• Coordinate with franchise outlets to ensure smooth delivery of goods and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team on warehouse management and product dispatches.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to inventory, billing, and stock reconciliation.
• Help in process audits to identify delays, mismatches, or inefficiencies in the delivery pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Tech) to ensure operations are aligned with business goals.
• Participate in field visits to franchise stores to monitor performance and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or similar).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally to partner stores if required.
• Enthusiasm to learn about pharmacy operations and healthcare logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project in logistics, pharmacy, or retail operations (preferred, not mandatory).
• Understanding of inventory systems or supply chain basics.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

  will be considered an added advantage.
