Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our customer operations, client coordination, and post-sales activities. The role involves interacting with corporate clients, resolving queries, ensuring smooth service delivery, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls/emails from corporate clients and support post-sales onboarding & service delivery
• Explain Promilo’s service offerings and product functionalities to clients
• Resolve customer queries within defined TAT with accurate and helpful solutions
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Sales teams for client requirements
• Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of services as per client objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and support upselling within existing accounts
• Assist in handling escalations and complex client requests
• Approve and create client campaigns on the portal
• Prepare and share performance reports with clients
• Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance client deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle corporate client interactions professionally
• Good negotiation and client-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting tools is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• BBA/MBA freshers can apply.
