Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at MyOperator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting internal teams in managing telecom infrastructure and coordinating with service providers. - Monitoring system status, collecting operational data, and ensuring timely reporting. - Maintaining accurate records of vendor interactions, procurement logs, and service checklists. - Assisting in identifying recurring issues through analysis of technical tickets and resolution logs. - Contributing to the drafting and updating of internal process documents and operational workflows. - Participating in reviewing operational metrics and assisting with KPI tracking and dashboard maintenance. - Preparing internal reports for team leads and contributing insights for strategic planning. - Providing assistance in administrative tasks related to infrastructure and resource planning. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Basic understanding or interest in telecom systems, operations, or cloud platforms. - Strong organization skills with a focus on process accuracy and documentation. - Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, or reporting software. - Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn operational processes. - Clear communication and coordination skills. - Education: Graduate students or recent graduates preferred. - Availability to work full-time from our Noida Sector 2 office. - Willingness to follow a 6-day workweek with flexibility for occasional weekend support.
