Operations Intern

About the Role We are looking for dynamic and motivated Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing, and HR operations. This internship is designed to give you 360° exposure to business operations while allowing you to explore which field excites you the most. This internship is designed to help you discover your strengths across different business functions from sales and promotions to HR and payroll — while preparing you for full-time opportunities.   Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing ·       Assist in brand promotion activities and lead generation to drive customer engagement. ·       Support sales campaigns, stall setups, and promotional events to maximize outreach. ·       Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. ·       Contribute to designing marketing strategies and promotional content for digital and offline channels. ·       Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. HR and Operations ·       Participate in recruitment processes. ·       Coordinate with teams for onboarding of new hires. ·       Assist in maintaining employee records, payroll support, and HR documentation. ·       Contribute to creating a positive work culture by assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications ·       Support in other daily operations. Operations ·       Assist the operations team in planning and execution of daily task and projects. ·       Maintain reports and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. ·       Collaborate with different departments for cross-functional learning and efficiency. ·       Support in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity. ·       Monitor resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure compliance with organizational goals.
