Someone who can spot a legacy silhouette from a distance. Part futurist, part sneakerhead. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to make designs that sell out. This role isn’t for someone who just wants to tweak laces on legacy silhouettes. This is for someone who can build something original. Roles & Responsibilities Trends Research: Research what’s next in the world of materials, colours, finishes, and silhouettes then translate that into tangible mood boards and designs that the product team can act on. Design Execution: Create footwear sketches (CADs), colour-ups, and seasonal presentation decks. Cross-function: Provide clear and timely communication with factories, vendors, and product development teams from concept to manufacturing. Guarding Design: Ensure the soul of your design stays intact all the way from sketch to shelf, without losing functionality or feasibility.
