Job Description

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities

CRM Escalations cases coordination with the courier partner
Raising tickets for Late delivery/Fake NDR/POD issue
Follow up on Tickets for quick resolution.
Provides RTO-related assistance as per the query
Keep a track of EDD breach cases and get them closed in coordination with the courier partner.
Hold order (COD) released from the backend for pickup
Update order tracking status and other logistics data.
Analyse COD & RTO trend.
