Website-https://www.impresario-global.com , https://www.do-be.ai/ Key Responsibilities Documentation & Process Management Assist in structuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows using tools like Notion and Google Sheets. Maintain trackers for team deliverables, timelines, and escalation points to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Assist in managing external vendors or freelancers for timely delivery. Document minutes of meetings and follow up on action items to ensure progress. Logistics & Scheduling Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and summaries. Support the management of event, activation planning checklists, ensuring everything is organized and executed smoothly. Tools & Systems Support Update backend systems like Airtable, Slack, Asana, Odoo, ensuring data integrity and smooth information flow across various tools. Indicative KPIs Operational Clarity: Efficient documentation, process management, and adherence to internal systems. Timely Reporting: Regular, on-time updates and tracking of team deliverables and timelines. Team Dependency Reduction: Reducing team reliance on manual tasks by ensuring streamlined operations and clear workflows. Must-Haves Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and documentation skills. Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Previous experience in an operations or project management role is a plus. Ability to quickly learn new software tools and systems.
