Position: Operation Inters

Stipend: Fixed 15k + Variable 10k

Tenure: 6 months (Extended)

Working Days: 6 days a week

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and writing skills to join our team as an Intern. This internship presents an ideal platform to gain practical experience in the hospitality and travel industry, focusing on operational aspects and customer communication. Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of hotel bookings, including communication with guests for room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Assist with written correspondence, including email communication with guests and suppliers, as well as drafting internal operational reports and communications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to communication and service.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with reservation systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting, while maintaining high standards of written and verbal communication.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through effective communication and attention to detail.
