About Adda: Adda is Misfits’ third space , a venue designed for communities to host events, jam together, and just hang out. Think of it as a cultural pit stop that always has something happening. We’re looking for someone who can run the show on-ground, from ticket checks to sound checks, from managing the venue to making sure events go off without a hitch. Your Role: As Venue & Community Executive , you’ll be the backbone of Adda’s daily operations. Your job is to make sure the space functions smoothly, events run on time, and hosts and guests have everything they need. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Venue Management: Ensure the venue is prepped and fully functional before and after events. Daily Operations: Handle consumables, tech equipment, vendor coordination etc. Ticketing & Entry: Manage the check-in process and make sure only registered guests walk in. Event Coordination: Be the go-to person for event hosts, set up what they need, resolve last-minute issues, and ensure timelines are followed. What You’ll Get: On-ground leadership at one of Delhi NCR’s most happening cultural venues. Work closely with artists, creators, and some seriously interesting people. Growth path into full venue/operations management as Misfits scales. PS: Most of the events happen on weekday night and weekends in Gurgaon. So your work times will also be scheduled accordingly.
