We’re looking for someone who can run the show on-ground, from ticket checks to sound checks, from managing the venue to making sure events go off without a hitch. Your Role: As Venue & Community Executive , you’ll be the backbone of Adda’s daily operations. Your job is to make sure the space functions smoothly, events run on time, and hosts and guests have everything they need. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Venue Management: Ensure the venue is prepped and fully functional before and after events. Daily Operations: Handle consumables, tech equipment, vendor coordination etc. Ticketing & Entry: Manage the check-in process and make sure only registered guests walk in. Additionally, you will be involved in video scripting, collaborating with the video editor to guide the video direction, editing and proofreading copy, and working closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure accuracy and quality. To excel in this role, you should possess great communication and writing skills. You must be able to write quick, effective, and persuasive copies, including witty and tongue-in-cheek content.
