Venue & Community Executive

Role Overview: Adda is a unique space designed for communities to gather, host events, and engage in various activities. As the Venue & Community Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Adda on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include managing the venue, coordinating events, and providing support to hosts and guests. Key Responsibilities: - Venue Management: Prepare and maintain the venue before and after events to ensure it is fully functional. - Daily Operations: Handle consumables, tech equipment, and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations. - Ticketing & Entry: Manage the check-in process and ensure that only registered guests are allowed entry. - Event Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for event hosts, assist in setting up requirements, address any last-minute issues, and ensure timelines are adhered to. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in venue management or event coordination would be beneficial. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse groups of people effectively. PS: The majority of events take place on weekday nights and weekends in Gurgaon, so the work schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
