Founder's office

As part of the Founder’s Office at Misfits, you will work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects across functions—finance, operations, fundraising, and strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to see the inner workings of building a consumer brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the founder in day-to-day business operations and strategic decision-making. 

2. Maintain financial records and reports.

3. Help prepare materials for investor updates and internal reviews.

4. Liaise with external vendors, partners, and internal team members.

5. Maintain organized records and support compliance and accounting workflows.

6. Conduct market research when needed

Qualifications

1. Basic understanding of accounting and business operations.

2. Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

3. Excellent written and verbal communication.

4. High attention to detail, ownership, and bias for action.

5. Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

6. Prior internship/experience in startups is a bonus but not mandatory.
