We’re scaling rapidly and are backed by leading investors, with a sharp focus on AI, real-time systems, and large-scale distributed infrastructure. 👩‍💻 What You’ll Do As a QC analyst, you’ll be: Working closely with prompt engineers to relay findings Listening to and analyzing customer calls handled by our AI voice agents. Identifying issues such as incorrect responses, flow breaks, or technical glitches. Debugging call transcripts and flagging root causes for errors. Documenting patterns and working with the product/prompting team to improve accuracy and conversion. Ensuring that calls meet quality, compliance, and customer experience standards.. ✅ What We’re Looking For Pursuing bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, English, Journalism, or a related field. Strong proficiency in English + Hindi Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
