to take on the role of
Head of Operations / General Manager (Operations)
for a leading
Luxury Jewellery Brand
based in Bangalore.This high-impact leadership position is responsible for driving
end-to-end operational excellence

PL performance

organizational culture
in alignment with the brands legacy, service ethos, and future growth ambitions.You will lead a diverse team across multiple functions including operations, retail, marketing, HR, finance, sales, quality, and customer service ensuring consistent service excellence, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations PL Leadership
- Oversee all critical business functions, ensuring profitability , efficiency , and scale readiness .
- Drive cost control , optimize resource allocation, and enhance productivity across departments.
- Take full ownership of PL , operational metrics , and financial performance .
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver on strategic business goals.
Strategic Growth Brand Expansion
- Build and execute robust growth strategies without compromising the brands luxury positioning .
- Identify new business opportunities , process automation, and margin enhancement initiatives.
- Foster innovation while balancing short-term execution with long-term brand vision.
People Culture Champion
- Cultivate a high-performance, value-driven culture rooted in employee happiness and purpose.
- Drive employee engagement , talent development , and leadership succession planning .
- Lead organizational change initiatives with empathy and clarity.
Customer Experience Brand Integrity
- Embed a customer-first philosophy in every touchpoint, especially in retail and after-sales.
- Ensure service excellence that reflects the luxury and trust associated with the brand.
- Monitor and continuously improve customer satisfaction metrics .
Governance, Compliance Ethical Leadership
- Uphold the highest standards of business ethics , transparency , and governance .
- Ensure adherence to legal , financial , and regulatory frameworks .
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, board members, and external partners.
Candidate Profile Requirements
Experience Background
- 30+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, General Management, or Business Leadership .
- Strong preference for professionals from:
- Luxury Retail , Jewellery , Lifestyle , or Hospitality sectors
- Or Finance/CA background with strong operational and commercial acumen
Skills Attributes
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams , driving operational excellence , and delivering profitability .
