Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating across departments, and supporting business processes to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, product, and technology) to streamline workflows.
• Monitor and track operational performance metrics, preparing reports for management.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Handle client onboarding processes and resolve operational queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of business operations.
• Assist in vendor management and procurement activities.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Identify and escalate issues to management for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
