Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling operations, inventory management including timely dispatches,
replenishment and order processing on D2C and e commerce portals. Experience in
Amazon seller Central (FBA) , Unicommerce and Shiprocket is a must.
2. Managing RTO, wrong returns, wrong dispatches and claims for online sales
3. POC to manage third party warehousing and fullfillment ( Shiprocket ), including,
inbound inventory, logistics and dispatch management for both B2C and B2B sales
4. Managing ageing and expired inventory for B2B sales on a timely basis.
5. Manage MIS for primary, secondary and tertiary sales by compiling data from sales
team, super stockists and distributors
6. Prepare Data Base of
a) Sales & Returns Quantity wise and price wise
b) Region wise sale and inventory analysis
c) Distributor/ Seller wise primary, secondary and tertiary sales
d) Inventory reports inventory at warehouse, inventory with distributors and
inventory at sight.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in managing both D2C and B2C sales operations
- High proficiency in excel, knowledge of inventory management and fulfilment tools
and portals
