Vice President Finance

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with AutoNxts growth

and operational goals

• Drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on company strategy and

business development decisions

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead equity fundraising from Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategic Investors,

and Institutional Funds

• Manage debt fundraising including working capital loans, CAPEX funding, and

structured finance instruments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors
• Prepare and present investment decks, financial models, and company

valuations

• Drive due diligence and compliance for funding rounds

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Drive cost optimization and capital efficiency initiatives across departments
• Lead investment feasibility studies and business case evaluations

Accounting, Compliance, and Governance

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance

with Indian GAAP/IND A

• Handle statutory audits, internal controls, and financial risk management
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation, tax structuring, and planning
• Ensure compliance with all corporate laws, regulatory filings, and governance

standards

Working Capital & Treasury Management

• Efficiently manage working capital cycles, cash flow, and liquidity
• Optimize vendor payments, receivables, and inventory financing
• Lead treasury operations and bank relationships

Project Finance & CAPEX Planning

• Evaluate and structure large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure projects
• Conduct capital investment appraisals and ROI analysis for new projects
• Support in executing government-subsidized programs and manufacturing

Preferred candidate profile

• CA or MBA (Finance) from reputed institution
• Minimum 15 years of experience in core manufacturing finance
• Proven expertise in equity and debt fundraising (PE, VC, NBFC, Banks, Strategic

Investors)

• Strong experience in working capital management, financial modelling, and

investor presentations

• Experience in managing project finance and manufacturing plant expansions
• Deep understanding of tax planning, corporate structuring, and statutory

compliance

• Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting, and financial analysis tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in cost Accounting

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in industrial automation, electric vehicles, or capital

equipment manufacturing

• Exposure to international financing, government grant schemes, and green

energy finance

• Strategic thinker with high integrity, analytical rigor, and execution focus
