Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with company goals. Supervise accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and profitability studies. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to all financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital. Work closely with other departments (Operations, Sales, etc.) and external auditors/financial institutions. Identify financial risks and opportunities, advising on mitigation strategies. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's in Commerce / Finance / Accounting; MBA / M.Com. CA / CPA Preferred. Experience: 1020 years in leading Finance & Accounts division Industry Fit: Manufacturing / Service Industry preferred Skills: Compliance, Audit, Financial control & reporting Leadership: Strong analytical, decision-making & governance capability
