Vice President Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President Finance to lead the financial operations of a leading real estate organization in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must bring 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, specifically within the real estate sector, and demonstrate deep expertise in financial planning, fundraising, compliance, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive strategic financial planning and support executive decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Ensure statutory compliance and handle audits, tax planning, and risk management.
• Optimize capital structure and assess investment opportunities for growth.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure performance and compliance.
• Support due diligence and M&A activities as required.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in finance roles within the real estate industry.
• Proven experience in leadership positions.
• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate project finance, regulatory frameworks, and cash flow management.
• Experience in Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.
