Key Responsibilities

• Own 

  month-end close

  , accruals, reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and reporting.
• Serve as 

  primary audit liaison

  ; maintain audit-ready schedules and controls.
• Reconcile 

  Suspense/Clearing accounts

   and implement preventive control policies.
• Oversee 

  cross-border payments

  , tax treatment, and documentation for VC operations.
• Manage workflows in 

  NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERPs

  ; build and improve finance processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting experience

  ; 

  3+ years in a senior role

   (Manager/Controller/VP Finance)

• Big 4 experience

  , 

  US education

  , or experience in a 

  VC / VC-backed / PE

   environment
• Strong 

  Excel

  , reconciliations, external audit, and financial controls background
• Experience with 

  NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems

• Excellent 

  written and spoken English

  ; available for 

  EU + US-time calls

• Reliable internet; proven ability to work independently in a remote setup
