Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete finance and accounts of the firm.
• Build systems to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality of finance and accounts execution.
• Lead the department with clear role deployment, pristine communication, and integrate precise levels of security.
• Prepare and analyse financial data MoM, QoQ, YoY; and translate it to the leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong, solution - driven relationships with clients, vendors, audit teams, CS, and stakeholders.
• Strengthen and fasten up processes of BRs, BPs.
• Strengthen the company's taxation, compliance, and financial governance.
• Build strong finance bridge between the media and tech operations within the company.
• Maintain a chill and easy vibe.
• Use 🌻 emojis on emails. sometimes.

Requirements :

• Primarily Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a CA background preferred, an MBA or professional finance certification (CPA, CFA) are also welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
