Responsibilities

Manage the complete finance and accounts of the firm.

Build systems to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality of finance and accounts execution.

Lead the department with clear role deployment, pristine communication, and integrate precise levels of security.

Prepare and analyse financial data MoM, QoQ, YoY; and translate it to the leadership and stakeholders.

Build strong, solution - driven relationships with clients, vendors, audit teams, CS, and stakeholders.

Strengthen and fasten up processes of BRs, BPs.

Strengthen the company's taxation, compliance, and financial governance.

Build strong finance bridge between the media and tech operations within the company.

Maintain a chill and easy vibe.

Requirements

Primarily Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a CA background preferred, an MBA or professional finance certification (CPA, CFA) are also welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Salary: Starts 24LPA and increases per experience, other factors.
