Vice President Finance

Role Overview: As the Vice President Finance, you will be responsible for leading strategic finance and fundraising activities for renewable energy (Solar, Wind, BESS) and infrastructure projects. Your role will involve managing funding strategies, negotiating financing agreements, and building relationships with banks, DFIs, and capital markets. Additionally, you will oversee IPO processes and M&A activities to ensure financial success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop financial models, forecasts, and maintain aligned capital structures - Oversee MIS, investor relations, and ensure compliance with governance standards - Implement internal controls, conduct risk assessments, and drive digitization of finance functions - Lead and mentor a 15+ member finance team, establish SOPs, and ensure transparency and fraud prevention Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / CFA; LLB advantageous - 18-25 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or EPC sectors - Proven track record in raising large-scale debt (1,000+ Cr), IPO readiness, and capital markets - Hands-on experience with SAP/digitization and managing large teams Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate with strategic financial expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a deep knowledge of corporate governance, taxation, and internal controls.
