Role Purpose

To lead and manage the companys corporate finance function, ensuring strong financial

governance, capital efficiency, compliance control, budgeting, and long-term value creation

for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic financial roadmap aligned with business scale-up.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting cycles.
• Ensure strong financial controls, audit discipline, and statutory compliance.
• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and capital allocation decisions.
• Manage banking & treasury operations, investor relations, and liquidity planning.
• Oversee plant finance, cost analysis, and pricing governance.
• Prepare and review financial models, projections, and feasibility studies.
• Monitor working capital cycles and improve financial ratios.
• Lead ERP/financial systems implementation and automation.
• Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong corporate finance expertise in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and costing knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and audit norms.
• Strong command of MIS, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
• Experience in treasury, fundraising, and investor communication.
• Ability to influence leadership, justify investments, and drive financial discipline.
• Data-driven decision-making and high analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience

MBA Finance from Tier 1 institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI) or CA.

Minimum 10 years experience in corporate finance leadership roles in

FMCG/manufacturing.
