Operations Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS / Operations Executive to support program and operations teams by maintaining centralized trackers, ensuring data accuracy, and driving daily follow-ups. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong coordination and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Tracker Management

• Maintain and update centralized trackers (Google Sheets / Excel / internal tools)
• Collect data from multiple pods/teams on a daily basis
• Ensure completeness, correctness, and timeliness of all data entries
• Highlight missing, delayed, or incorrect data proactively

Follow-ups & Coordination

• Perform daily follow-ups with teams for pending updates
• Track task status, assessments, and dependencies
• Escalate delays or data gaps to the Program Manager

Assessment Management

• Assessment creation and quality review
• Ensure assessment data is updated within defined timelines
• Coordinate with recruiters/TA teams for pending assessments

Reporting & Hygiene

• Share daily/weekly status updates
• Maintain tracker hygiene (naming, formats, timestamps)
• Support audits and data reviews as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, shall know VLOOKUP, PIVOT and basic Excel Formulas
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with daily follow-ups and coordination
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with timelines and repeatable processes

Good to Have

• Exposure to MIS, operations, or admin roles
• Experience with recruitment or assessment tracking
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Freshteam, Retool, or similar
